2. SKATE VIDEO WORKSHOP
Mon, Sept. 24 – Fri, Sept. 28, 4–6:30 pm
Get pointers on how to shoot skateboarding from professional skate videographer Benji Meyer (Weekend Warriors, Anonymous). In this week long workshop participants will learn camera basics and techniques for moving with the camera. Registration is limited to 10 participants. Registration deadline: Thursday, Sept. 20. 3. WRITING CIRCLE
Every Monday (starts October 1), 5–6:30 pm
Poets, rappers, slam poets, songwriters or writers of any stripe: bring a poem, a song, a short story or whatever and get some feedback. An informal, fun way to become a better writer. No registration required, just show up!
4. F10 PHOTO CLUB
2nd & 3rd Thursday of the month (starts October 11), 4–5:30 pm
Whether you are new to photography or have some experience, we invite you to explore this great art form. The Twin Cities Photography Group and the Canvas Teen Art Center are partnering to help you learn about photo equipment and techniques, and have fun.
